We invite you to 16 day tour to explore the unique landscape, flora and fauna, to discover the beauty and culture of the eastern Himalayas. Touch the mystery of ancient Buddhist and Hindu rituals, learn the basics of Tibetan medicine and Ayurveda, to learn the mystery of the Birth of tea!
The tour is intended for amateurs and professionals at any level. Everyone will obtain a unique experience. During the trip we will visit monasteries and Temples, places of natural and spiritual power.
Day 1. Arrival to Kathmandu. Check in at the hotel, rest, dinner.
Day 2. Visiting the most important monasteries and temples of valley:
Boudhanath – is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich of Buddhist culture.
Day 3. Ancient Cities of Culture: Patan and Bhaktapur. Elegant art, fabulous culture, colorful festivals, traditional dances and indigenous lifestyle of Newari community.
Day 4. Transfer to Pokhara. Accommodation on the lake with excellent views of the Annapurna mountains range.
Day 5th. Japanese World Peace pagoda. Highland Lake. Hot Springs. * Optionally – Paragliding
Day 6-7-oh. Hiking to Panchasi (five fingers) – experience of natural beauty and the panoramic views of over 8000 meter high Mt. Annapurna, Manaslu and Dhaulagiri. Always twinkling view of Machhapuchhre (fishtail) and another attraction (Old Rhododendron forest, Shiva Temples and the Sadhu caves).
Day 8 th. The road to Kathmandu and to Ilam.
Day 9th. Arrival and accommodation in cozy town Ilam. Tea gardens and old tea factory. Sightseeing surrounding, rivers and temples.
Day 10th. Organic tea gardens Jasbiri. A visit to the tea factory, learning the process and technology of production Darjeeling tea (technology Orthodox).
Day 11-12 th. National Park Maipokhari. The unique landscape and climate, ancient settlements, ruins, mysterious lake and Old meditation Tree. Buddhist and Hindu monasteries.
Day 13,14,15 th. Moving to Mongolbare. Organic tea plantations at an altitude of 1800-2400 meters. Accommodation in a traditional house among the tea plantations. Learning traditions, culture and ways of life from local people.
We explore the tea plantations around and the methods of cultivation, harvesting and production. We will learn ancient and modern methods of manufacture tea. You will get the experience of making White, Yellow, Green, Red, Black teas with your hands.
Day 16th. The road back to Kathmandu.
* Visiting great tea plantations Kanyam and Fikkal (on the border with Darjeeling). The study of industrial methods of production teas.
* Meeting with doctors of Ayurveda and Tibetan medicine.

More than 20 years research the tea traditions of Asia and Europe. Studied in Tea crafts with masters in China, India and Nepal (last 8 years). Founder of Club of Tea Culture in Kaluga (Russia) and International Tea research center in Himalayas (Nepal, Ilam) since 2011.
